Rick Knapp, CPA

Rick grew up on a farm near Bernard, Iowa.  He graduated from Loras College in 1981.  After college Rick worked ten years in public accounting with five of those years as a partner at a local firm.  He worked an additional nine years as a controller in private industry.  While in private industry, Rick missed the challenges of public accounting and established the firm in 2000.  Over the past fifteen years, he has appreciated the rewards of the profession, primarily the strong relationships that he has developed with his clients.   Away from the office Rick enjoys golfing, biking, and spending time with his wife, three children and five grandchildren. 


Ryan Hosch, CPA

Ryan grew up on a farm near Cascade, Iowa.   He graduated from Loras College in 2003 and earned a master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa in 2004.  While attending Loras, Ryan interned with the firm.  After college Ryan started in public accounting and worked for five years as an auditor of healthcare, for profit, and nonprofit companies before rejoining the firm in 2009.  In January 2011, he became a shareholder within the firm. For the past six years Ryan has worked with clients providing tax, accounting and consulting services for individuals and small businesses.  When not working Ryan enjoys outdoor activities, the Iowa Hawkeyes, and spending time with family and friends.


Tanya Korzeniewski, CPA  

Tanya joined the firm in 2011 as a staff accountant.  She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville in 2010 with a bachelor’s degrees in accounting and business administration with emphases in finance and management.  During college, Tanya interned as an auditor for a public accounting firm.  She passed the CPA exam during the summer of 2012.  For the firm, she primarily provides general ledger and income tax services for small businesses.  While away from work, Tanya enjoys snowmobiling, fishing, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
